Dr. Lee is a Harvard-trained, board-certified plastic surgeon. She is an associate editorial board member of the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Journal, a publication of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the official journal of the European Association of Societies of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Lee’s path to plastic surgery began with art. As a concert pianist, her decade-long performance career refined her artistic approach. Dr. Lee was a double major in piano performance and English literature at UCLA. She then earned her medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania on a merit scholarship.
Following medical school, Dr. Lee completed six years of residency in integrated plastic surgery at Case Western Reserve University. One of her mentors was Dr. Bahman Guyuron, an internationally renowned surgeon in facial cosmetic procedures and the pioneer of migraine surgery. Together, they published numerous scientific articles in leading peer-reviewed plastic surgery journals focused on optimize outcomes in rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation as well as migraine surgery.
After plastic surgery residency, Dr. Lee completed the Peter Jay Sharp Aesthetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery Fellowship at Harvard Medical School, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Dr. Lee has also presented her work at numerous national and international conferences. Most recently, she was the recipient of the Rollin Daniel Resident Competition Award for the best presentation in rhinoplasty at the Annual Rhinoplasty Society Meeting. In 2019, Dr. Lee relocated to Beverly Hills from Chicago, where she practiced for two years, to be closer to her family.
